Kiki, my girl! I think GW watched too many Westerns and smoked too much "upliftment" back in the day! With some of the wacky, idiotic crap I've heard him say in press conferences in mind, I can see El Presidente puffin' on some "red devil" (fitting...don't you think?) before he walks through those Oval Office doors!
