I've seen enough stills from the movie that I can tell it will be a Denzel Washington hightlight. Cap, you're a nut...a nut who DOES have a point! As for the ponderance upon the 30-something rapper's words...I hope not. That is true about real estate in Southern California's best spots, though. Best bang for the buck = purchasing in the late 80s and the early part of 2000...sucks.
